Five housewives and few friends were featured during the first season of The Real Housewives of Nashville, which TMZ describes as women "whom have fought for their places in this cut throat music city'. Gina will make her series debut is Episode 2. This week the ladies meet Brandi, a newbie who attempts to break into the Nashville circle.
SHOW STARTS WITH RAYNA WALKING OUT OF HER CAR SMILING AT THE CAMERA.
Rayna narrates '' Welcome to Nashville, the city known for for the music industry, especially commonly known as "Music City". In this show, we will meet all my friends and a new girl in town. Let's meet them starting with me.
I'm Rayna James [Rayna's music video plays] I'm a Country award winning musician and five time Grammy winner. This year I'm nominated for Seven more Grammy's *pats shoulder*. I am from Cheshire in the U.K but I been living in the U.S for now almost ten years. I recently bought this home a couple months ago after moving from our first home in Nashville. We decided to move because our boys are growing up and their school is quite far from the old home.
While moving into this home, I met my realtor and now close friend Athena DeAngelo who happens to also be my neighbor down the street. Let's meet her now and see what she's up to.
SCENE CHANGED TO ATHENA'S WHERE SHE'S DOING HER MAKEUP IN A BIKINI..
Athena's confessional - Hi I'm Athena. You may know me as Tony Winner Clark DeAngelo's Fitfh wife but I am so much more. I am also a realtor, extraordinaire and a former actress from the eighties. Today, I'm going to meet my friend Dior for lunch. We haven't seen each other in two months since the pandemic.
SCENE CHANGES TO DIOR'S RESTAURANT.
*Athena struts down the high street humming Bon Jovi and waving to random people as she walks. She enter’s Dior’s restaurant*
Athena - Dior! Honey! You look faaabulous! *air kiss*
Athena Confessional: Today, I’m at my good friend Dior’s restaurant to catch up with an old friend from my Beverly Hills days! ... I wonder if she’s had as much work done to her face as I have since then? *laughs*
Dior - Athena! What can I get you darling?
Athena - My usual glass of rose of course! Have you got the table ready for us? How cute!
Dior - I sure have! I can’t wait to meet this friend of yours!
Dior Confessional: Athena has a wide array of friends... some rich, some high up the pecking order, hookers, strippers and... some that look like they’ve come in off the street....out of the gutter.
Athena- Dior, she’s a delight! Just you wait to meet her! *sips drink and looks at watch*
Brandi enters the restaurant.
Brandi - tHe pArTy iS hErEeeeeeee. *Dior's customers stare at her*
Dior Confessional- Oh my! Who's this train wreck? Is she a stripper?
Athena - Brandi! Welcome girl! Come and sit down!
Brandi - Hi [shakes hand with Dior] I'm Brandi, a well renowned Superstar and recent Idol Winner.
Dior Confessional: Superstar? I’ll believe it when I see it.
DIOR SMIRKS AND LEAVES THE TABLE.
Brandi Confessional: Dior seems like a phony.
Athena - *Gets up to hug Brandi* How are you? It’s been so long!
Brandi - I'm good, just finished recording my new track "Sweet as Silver" and also recording my new EP.
Athena - Oh my GOD! You’ve done a song and EP! Your quick in Nashville.
Brandi - Yeah, I've hit #20 on Pop I Tunes chart. I'm basically the new Taylor Swift.
Athena Confessional : I’m VERY interested in listening to this track! She never struck me as the singing type...even though she was a reality show ''winner''.
*DIOR RETURNS TO THE TABLE*
Brandi - Dior is this is your restaurant? Like you actually OWN the place?
Dior Confessional: Is she throwing shade? She better not be shading me in my own damn restaurant!
Dior - It sure is, chile! Tell me about yourself! Boyfriend? Husband? Sugar Daddy? *Athena smirks*
Brandi - I'm newly divorced but I'm single and ready to mingle? You seem to look single too Dior ? *Dior's jaw falls down*
Athena Confessional: *laughing* Dior’s face... I died!!
Dior - Oh I’m VERY newly married, thank you. To a man 20 years my junior!
Athena - And they’re GREAT together!
Dior - Thanks honey.
Brandi Confessional: There's something about this Dior lady that doesn't seem right. How can she get a hot young man ??! Is she paying him?
Dior Confessional: The more I look at this girl... the more I smell some bullshit...
Athena - So girls, I got to tell you about tomorrow.
Brandi - What's happening tomorrow?
Athena - My neighbor Rayna is having a house-warming luncheon! Are you free?
Brandi- I'm free, I'll be there.
Dior - I should be... I’ll have to check the restaurant rota... *side eyes Brandi*
Athena Confessional: BULLSHIT Dior! You just don’t like Brandi.
Brandi- So what does a lady got to do to get a drink here Dior ?? *Dior gets up to get Brandi's a tap water from the bar.
DIOR Confessional: I didn’t want to give that drunk bitch, a drink anyway!.
Athena - Well it’ll be faaabulous anyway girl so if you can make it that’d be great! Actually girls I’ve got to get off, my hubby Clark is back tonight from filming and I said I’d see him...
Dior - No worries girl.
Athena - Shall I see you all tomorrow?
Brandi - Yeah I'll see you tomorrow.
Dior - Rayna's an old friend of mine. I'll see you girls tomorrow
Athena gets up with Brandi and leaves the restaurant.
THE NEXT MORNING.
In a cut-away scene, we see Athena walking out of her property company office. She get's into her Mercedes to pick up Dior from her restaurant.
*Athena welcomes Dior into her car on route to Rayna’s*
Athena - Dior! Oh my God. I love your t shirt!
Dior - Thanks baby I got it at Beyonce's concert!
Dior Confessional - People say I'm Beyonce's twin.
Dior - People do come for me... they just never find me! Much like your friend I met the other day! I’m sure there’s some redeeming feature in there... it’s just hard to find!.
Athena Confessional: Confessional: Soooo yeah... it’s safe to say Dior and Brandi didn’t hit it off the other day.
*Car pulls up outside Rayna’s*
Athena - We’re here!.
*Dior and Athena walk to the front gate and spot Brandi picking up a condom that fell from her purse*
Athena - Dior ooh! Look! Brandi’s here already too!
Dior Confessional: Oh great.... Brandi is here early too!
Dior - Hi Brandi, I need to be straight with you. The other day I feel like we didn’t click. And I’m hoping that’s just a glitch. I guess I just want to say that I don’t any shit. So... shall we agree to play nice?
Athena Confessional: Rayna really needs to open this door! *laughs*
Brandi - *Hugs Athena* Hi Dior, yeah I feel like we got off on the wrong foot and I've wanted to be good with you. It wasn't my intention to hurt your feelings or anything? I was just having a bad hangover that day.
Dior - I accept your apology. Now let’s have a good lunch!
Rayna opens the door and CLIFFHANGER!
IN EPISODE TWO, WE WILL MEET GINA AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN FRENEMIES DIOR AND BRANDI, WILL THEY MANAGE TO GET ALONG?
