Real Housewives of Nashville S1 E8 "Gossip and Bombshell's ..?"

THE LADIES RETURN FROM VEGAS AND THE PANDEMIC HITS NASHVILLE AGAIN. THE LADIES ARE FORCED TO STOP FILMING FOR TWO WEEKS. 

THIS EPISODE, RAYNA RETURNS HOME FROM CHESHIRE AFTER SOME TRAGIC NEWS AND ATHENA RETURNS HOME FROM REHAB TRYING TO MEND FENCES WITH EVERYONE. Dior and Gina won't appear in the episode, neither were able to film due to their store/restaurant closing during the second pandemic.

THREE DAYS BEFORE ATHENA RETURNS HOME FROM REHAB, BRANDI DECIDES TO VISIT HER AND CHECK UP ON HER. 

Brandi talks to Mike [Producer]- Isn't this the same rehab Lindsay Lohan came to?

Mike [Producer] - Yeah.

*Athena sits in her bed looking disheveled and weak. She takes a sip of water as Brandi enters*

Athena : *face lights up* Brandi! Thank you so much for visiting me!

Brandi : OMG *hugs* ! It's so nice to see you !! You had us all worried dear!!

Athena: *starts getting teary* I’m a mess, Brandi... a real mess. It’s really gotten a hold of me this time.

Brandi: How did it get so out of control?

Athena: I... I’m not sure I can say... *Looks away at a photo frame of her kids*

Brandi: I just thought it was a phase of ours in LA, you can't let it get like this again. What do you mean you can't say ? You can trust m, both me and rayna were so worried.

Athena: I don’t want to cause anymore trouble than I already have...

Brandi Confessional : She's not taking accountability and it hurts to see her this way.

Brandi: *sighs* It's okay.

Athena: *sighs* I can definitely trust you? You won’t say this to anyone?

Brandi: Yeah i promise.

Athena : Someone we know had cocaine at one of their parties - like A LOT of drugs and... I was drunk and ... one thing led to another...

Brandi: OH MY GOD

Brandi confessional: i think i know who it is. *mutters dior's name''

Athena: Well all that matters is that you're gonna get clean, i'm here to support you on your journey.

Athena Confessional : I am ashamed. Truly ashamed. But this person... they have a lot to answer to.

Athena: Thank you gorgeous that means a lot!

Brandi: Well before you leave, I'd like to invite you to my launch party for my debut album its being held at Dior's restaurant next week.

Athena: Oh my God! I’d love to come! ... if I’m well enough... Thanks for inviting me beautiful girl!

Athena Confessional: I won't be able to go to Brandi’s album launch; she’s worked so hard on it... *cries* I just don’t think if I’m going to be strong enough to handle the party scene again...

Brandi: OK girl i have to go before the nurse chases us out, hopefully i will see you around when you get home.

Athena: Hopefully i will too. *hugs*

*Brandi leaves the rehab center and enter's her car*

Brandi to producer - I don't think she should return to the show if she's not going to take accountability.

Mike [producer] - I agree..

*COUPLE DAYS LATER, RAYNA AND HER HUSBAND ARRIVE HOME FROM CHESHIRE AND THEY SPOT ATHENA IN HER GARAGE*

Rayna Confessional -  Couple days after we left Vegas, we got a call very late at night *tears up* that our really close friend from childhood had passed away from Corona Virus complications. *Rayna to producer : I need a minute [walks off set]*

Rayna - Athena's home already?

Phil - Yeah she's been home since yesterday, Clark informed me.

Rayna - Oh, i guess we been so busy with our nightmare to remember she even left.

Phil - *Nods* *He starts walks inside with the suitcases*

*Athena sees Rayna and starts walking over to greet her*

Athena : Hey Rayna *Hugs* I am so sorry for your loss, i wish i knew earlier so i could be there for you.

Rayna: Thanks but you needed to take care of yourself, We were so scared when we got the call from Clark. What were you thinking fleeing rehab in the middle of the night!?

Athena: *Cries* I was missing my girls so much, i thought i could leave and return without them knowing.

Rayna: I get that but still you knew that was wrong. Come inside let's catch up?

Athena: Yeah of course.

*Both ladies walk into Rayna's basement*

Rayna: *Hands her a coffee* Here you go.

Athena: Thank you. *takes a seat & eyes up a bottle of champagne on the counter* Girl, I am not touching that shit! I am going full detox... it’s been hell!

Rayna: So Athena tell me why the hell did u keep this a secret? I thought we tell each other everything.

Athena: Rayna, I didn’t even tell myself I had a problem. Addiction consumes you. You think... oh, I’ll take a bit of crack it’ll be a laugh and then... boom! You’re taking it countless times a day and your life becomes where you’re getting your next fix. *gets teary* The worst of it was, my girls knew all along.

Rayna: I get it girl but still I was the first to tell you about my miscarriage years 

ago, I felt so left out. It was such a low blow when Brandi had to tell ME! about it.

Athena: 

Athena: I know and I was there for you for that... i guess I was embarrassed. I didn’t want to face up to the fact that I had a problem. And as for all that Brandi business... I was backed into a corner with that one after that fucking article! Clark is still furious by the way.

Rayna - I don't blame him either. I still can't believe u brought her around us. She's causing so much trouble!

Athena: She used to be so much fun! Now... there’s a darkness around her, I must admit!

Athena Confessional: Brandi is losing it, to be honest. Is she on crack too? *laughs*

Rayna: She's trying to hard to become a superstar that she's forgetting she's a nobody talent show "winner".  I heard she sucked Simon Cowell's dick. Speaking of shade, Dior is about to kill her. She's driving her insane by making up rumours about her restaurant which ironically is Gina's dumb suggestion to make it Brandi's launch party.

Athena: What?! She’s hosting it at Dior’s?! That’s a disaster waiting to happen!

Rayna: Girl they called a "truce" right before Clark called and told me u fled rehab.

Rayna Confessional: Truce my ass. This is fake as Brandi's tits.

Athena: That won’t last five minutes. Dior detests her. *laughs*

Athena Confessional: Dior is going to decapitate Brandi. Calling it now.: 

Rayna: Yeah I gotten closer with Dior since u left. She's a great girl. U should not forget that.

Athena: I agree. I’m so glad you reached out to me. I love being around you. And, I know... To be honest, Clark only likes me being around you and Dior...

Rayna: So Clark tells me your going to Arizona for Ur daughters graduation the same night as Brandi's launch?

Athena: Yep! My Lola is graduating! *starts crying* I’m so damn proud of her! Even when her mom has been a monumental fuck up, she manages to pull a degree out of the bag!

Rayna: Chill, we all fucked up we all had a bad night and some of us have Skeleton's in the past. Speaking of Skeleton's, did u know Brandi has a sex-tape?

Athena: Erm... I actually do... and I know who filmed it!! She’s going to kill me for telling you this...

Rayna Confessional - It's been rumored her co star is Dior's husband pre-engagement.

Rayna: And who is it?!

Athena: Brandi MAY have had a dabble with a certain TJ a few years back... Ok, more than a dabble. A full blown affair! She really liked him! He just wanted a fuck toy. I’m surprised he’s lasted so long with Dior... bitch must have skills!

Rayna: I knew it! Gina wasn't lying. Oh boy this gonna be interesting. Did u know she tried to fuck the producer when u left rehab? *Michael the EP jaw drops* You know it's true Michael. 

Micheal - umm.. I... Have... To..go..

Athena: Oh God... how... unprofessional.

Rayna : Yeah. I know a lot that she doesn't know I do. Plus she's friends with my enemy Pinky.

Rayna: Pinky tried to buy our restaurant in Cheshire years ago. We found out she used a fake bank loan and stopped it. Apparently that's how Brandi had her "auditions" cause Pinky is pals with Simon.

Athena Confessional: I know Pinky.... MEH!

Rayna: So long story short, her win was a FIX. Girl that ''singer'' can't sing without auto-tune she sounds like chipmunk on helium.

Athena: But Rayna, Brandi is a talented singer... *long pause, then Rayna & Athena burst out laughing*

Rayna: At least u know what I think and you have fun at the graduation.

Athena: Yeh I’d better get going, thanks for having me over! Oh, I will! I’ll send you pics!

Rayna: I will see you when u get home and hopefully Brandi's night isn't an epic disaster *evil laugh*

Athena: I’m sure it won’t be...

•they cheers their coffee mugs and Athena leaves•

**ATHENA'S PHOTO APPEARS*

Athena will not be appearing in E9 [The finale] as she is leaving to Arizona for her daughter's graduation. She will re-appear in Part 2 of the reunion. 

Athena's final confessional of the season: I am continuing to battle my addiction.

After leaving rehab, I've decide to close the agency and took time out of acting but returned. I have also recently started my lipstick line with my daughters. I am looking forward to all the positive things coming. *walks off set*
